2024 New Mexico State Fair Information for BSNM Entries:

The 2024 New Mexico State Fair runs from September 5-15, 2024 This is your time to shine! Show off your amazing talents at the State Fair and perhaps win a ribbon!  

BSNM will have two volunteer days for Entry Intake and one day for Entry Pick-up of the Jewelry – Beadwork entries.  Experienced BSNM staff will be with you for both Entry Intake and Entry Pick-up days, so you won’t be on your own! Volunteers definitely enjoy the experience!  Registration is open using the links from the BSNM website - Welcome Page.  If you have any questions, just email us at beadsocietynm@gmail.com.

Here is a direct link to the NM State Fair 2024 Jewelry-Beadwork Premium Book. This “Premium book” lists the information you need to know about entering your Beadwork items at the fair. It explains all the rules for entries, including sizes, sections, and classes for entries, plus when and how judging for ribbons will occur.  Note: If you prefer to explore the State Fair Website to get to the Premium Book, go to https://statefair.exponm.com/ scroll down and click “Participate” (click in middle of box), then click “Competitions”, click “Creative Arts”.
